PAYMENT SCHEDULE
$50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Deposit secures your date and is applied to your total package price.
⏰ Timing is Everything!
To ensure every proposal moment is perfectly executed, please note our timing policy:
• Your scheduled time slot is reserved exclusively for your special moment
• We kindly request arrival 10 minutes before your scheduled time
• Late arrivals may result in the following fees:
• $50 fee (30+ Minutes Late)
• $100 fee (55+ Minutes Late)
• 1 hour+ late May result in cancellation with no refund
Why do we have this policy? Our team carefully plans each proposal down to the minute, including sunset timing, photographer scheduling, and venue arrangements. Late arrivals can impact not only your special moment but other couples' events as well.

• Need to reschedule? Contact us 24 hours in advance
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) forfeit the deposit
• Cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive full refund.
• Additional fees may apply for travel and last-minute changes
